WHAT DO YOU DO FOR THE CLIMATE?

How do you rate the condition of the goods?
We rate all goods on a scale from A to F.
But we never sell a product under D.
A = The item is in mint condition and has never been used. A price tag or other accessories are usually included.
B = The product is in very good condition and has only been used for a very short period. Light wear may occur.
C= The product is in good condition and has only a few easily visible signs of wear and tear.
D= The product is in good condition but has some visible wear and tear.
How long is the delivery time?
Normal delivery times are 1-3 working days. If your order is expected to be delayed, we will contact you.
How quickly is my order shipped?
Within 3 working days from the day the order is placed.

HOW DO YOU MAKE A RETURN?
As a customer of EP Upmarket, you have 14 days right of return from the day you received the item.
Contact us at our email service.upmarket@gmail.com, state the shipment number and which item you want to return.
In order for us to be able to develop and become better, you as a customer are very welcome to indicate the reason for the return.
